The Operations Coordinator serves as the organizational leader for the church ensuring that the administrative, operational and logistical aspects of congregational life are carried out with excellence, consistency, and care. Working closely with the pastor, staff, Session, committees and volunteers, this position develops and maintains the systems that allow ministry to flourish.
